Supprimer votre compte Kotisal et vos données
Cette page concerne l’application Kotisal (Google Play). Vous pouvez supprimer votre espace et toutes ses données à tout moment.
Dans l’application
- Ouvrez Kotisal et connectez-vous.
- Allez dans Paramètres (votre nom, en bas du menu).
- Dans « Supprimer mon espace », appuyez sur Supprimer définitivement, tapez SUPPRIMER, puis confirmez.
Sans l’application
Écrivez à appmatontine@gmail.com (l’adresse du développeur sur la fiche Google Play de Kotisal), avec l’objet « Suppression de compte » et l’adresse utilisée pour vous connecter. La demande est traitée sous 30 jours au plus.
Ce qui est supprimé
- Vos tontines, membres, contacts, cotisations, versements, dossiers et historique.
- Votre nom affiché et le statut de votre abonnement dans Kotisal.
La suppression est définitive. Téléchargez d’abord une sauvegarde (Paramètres → Exporter mes données) si vous souhaitez garder une copie.

Delete your Kotisal account and data
This page is for the Kotisal app (Google Play). You can delete your workspace and all of its data at any time.
In the app
- Open Kotisal and sign in.
- Go to Settings (your name, at the bottom of the menu).
- Under “Delete my workspace”, tap Delete permanently, type DELETE, then confirm.
Without the app
Email appmatontine@gmail.com (the developer address on Kotisal’s Google Play listing), with the subject “Account deletion” and the email address you sign in with. Requests are completed within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your circles, members, contacts, contributions, payouts, cases and history.
- Your display name and your subscription status in Kotisal.
Deletion is permanent. Download a backup first (Settings → Export my data) if you want to keep a copy.
